Valley Spring Recovery Center was founded in 2022 by Brian Cellary, inspired by his own challenges in accessing local addiction treatment. When resources weren’t available in his community, Brian had to seek care in Florida—an experience that revealed the barriers many face when seeking help. After achieving 10 years of continuous sobriety and working to support others in their recovery, he recognized the critical need for accessible treatment in Northern New Jersey, where he grew up. Out of this mission, Valley Spring Recovery was created. The facility, formerly known as Psyclarity Health NJ, now serves as a trusted center of care for the community Brian calls home.

At Valley Spring Recovery Center (VSRC) in Norwood, NJ, we provide compassionate, evidence-based treatment for addiction and mental health challenges. Our licensed clinicians specialize in dual diagnosis care, treating both substance use and co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. With multiple levels of care—including Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)—we create flexible, personalized paths to recovery.

VSRC is proudly CARF-accredited and licensed by the New Jersey Department of Children and Families (NJDCF), upholding the highest standards of quality and ethics.
